E-19. In the episode, I discuss running injuries with a focus on the calves and hamstrings. I give you 4 exercises to focus on for rehab and to get you back to running quickly.
I also discuss the expectations of physical therapists to provide a quick fix. There are 168 hours in a week and we think a 1 hour visit to the physio should fix everything. The physio's job is to diagnose, treat, plan, and prescribe all the exercises to get you back on track. It's up to you to follow the plan every day.
