About Me
I'm Rod Clarke — a coach, Hyrox athlete, and founder of Hyrox Hub. What began as a way for me and a few friends to train smarter has grown into a weekly resource followed by athletes around the world.With over 30 years of experience as a runner, track coach, and strength specialist, I’ve helped athletes build speed, power, and resilience. I've coached athletes to national titles and the Olympic level. As a multiple state and national sprint champion myself, I know what it takes to train hard, stay consistent, and perform when it counts.
