How to conduct your own VO2 Max Test
I haven’t tried this yet but Im interested in improving my VO2 Max. My Garmin watch has been showing a steady increase but I would like to test my actual VO2 max. If you give this a go, respond to this email and let me know your results.
Recipe of the week. My daily breakfast bowl. This bowl is about 850 calories. You may need to add or subtract depending on your goals.
1.5 cups of raw oats
1 serve of high quality protein powder
2 big tablespoons of plain greek yoghurt ( use low fat if you are trying to restrict calories)
1/2 cup of oat milk
1 x banana
10 fresh raspberries or blueberries
topped with walnuts
