🏋️ Fun Facts. - Hyrox first began in 2018 in Hamburg, Germany.
It was founded by Christian Toetzke and Michael Trautmann and Olympic Field Hockey Player Moritz Fuerste.
Christian had formerly organized large participation events and saw a gap in the market for gym goers and general fitness enthusiasts. Hyrox was BORN.

👻 Hyrox Trick - Alternate wall balls and burpees into every workout. A trick I like to use is before most of my gym workouts I like to use wall balls as part of my warm-up. On alternate gym days, I will through in a few rounds of burpees at the end of my workout. I find wall balls and burpees difficult. So weaving them into the majority of my workouts has helped me fear them less and become more efficient at the movement.
A typical warm-up might go something like this:
Watt bike - 10-15mins zone 2 heart rate.
Ski Erg - 1000m
Sled Push and backward sled pull 3 rounds light-weight.
Wall balls x 25
