Creatine. Does it make a difference?

Creatine has been one of the only supplements I’ve taken for many years. The other 2, Vitamin D and Protein Powder. There are plenty of science-based articles online that you can read to get a more in-depth understanding of how creatine works so I won’t write about that here but I will place a few links at the end of this article.
I’ve been taking creatine on and off for over 20 years and it’s one of the only supplements that believe that I can notice any difference when taking it. Not in the way I feel, but in the way I look. I take it for recovery and performance benefits but these are often difficult to measure unless you are measuring your data very closely.
However, my muscles look fuller and I maintain my weight when taking creatine. I noticed more of a difference in my performance when I was younger than I do now, however, that could be because I naturally don’t recover as fast as I did then. 😔
Overall, I think it is potentially one of the best natural supplements you can take for health and performance benefits, it’s also cheap compared to most other supplements.
